iStart
Walther Electric Inc. is pleased to present the latest member of the ProconboxX family:
The iStart is a forward – reverse motor starter using solid state relays in a self contained IP65 enclosure, allowing for versatility in mounting locations!
Wiring for both direction conditions are already integrated, and by using our proprietary SSR technology we have eliminated the need for dual contactors and mechanical interlocks - thereby reducing both cabinet space requirements and wiring times.
Available in 24VDC control, or Modbus RTU fieldbus, with optional current monitoring,
the iStart provides:
- upto 530VAC power input
- Single or Three phase switching forward and reverse
- A rugged heat sink enclosure specific to only Walther
- Integrated Metal Oxide Varistors
- Optional 4-20mA current feedback allowing the user to detect system jams
- Optional 5X20mm fuse protection
- Decentralized control, mounted at the source of motor needs
- Immediate swap and replace capabilities, providing reduced system downtimes
